Delete Your Account
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your data, including learning progress, saved vocabulary, and personal settings will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to delete your Flashia account:
- Open the Flashia app on your device
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll down
- Click on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
What Happens After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- All your personal information will be permanently removed from our servers
- Your learning data, progress, and custom vocabulary lists will be deleted
- Your subscription will be canceled (if applicable)
- You will no longer have access to any premium features you may have purchased
- Your username will become available for use by other users
Data Retention
While most of your data is deleted immediately, some information may be retained in our backup systems for up to 30 days before being completely purged. We may also retain certain anonymized data for analytical purposes, but this cannot be linked back to you.
