• Flashia and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total liability arising from your use of Flashia shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
