Flashia provides a mobile and web application that helps users build and review vocabulary through personalized flashcards, AI-generated stories, and learning analytics.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use Flashia only for lawful purposes.
- You will not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Flashia (including app design, logo, and learning content) are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are handled through third-party services (such as RevenueCat), and by subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions.
6. Third-Party Services
Flashia uses third-party services like Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of these third-party providers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Flashia is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Flashia and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability arising from your use of Flashia shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Flashia at any time if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful way.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy (or your local country, if you prefer to set it). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turin, Italy.
